SOLID EDGE TECHNICAL SUPPORT...

All Maven customers with active Solid Edge maintenance contracts receive technical support from us at no additional charge in addition to that provided by UGS.  The knowledge and responsiveness of Maven's technical support team combined with the 150 GTAC Support Engineers, 16 of which are dedicated to Solid Edge, means that your issues will be addressed, tracked and resolved.

  WebKey You need a WebKey from UGS to access product and support information
GTAC The UGS technical support team.  The place to go for licensing issues, technical support, documentation and more.  GTAC can be accessed online or by calling 1-800-955-0000.  GTAC is open 5:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
